Barkly is an interpretation and pet-training tool for entertainment and education. It gives a best-guess, probabilistic read of your pet's likely mood from sound, with a confidence level. It does not translate animal language into literal words and is not medical or veterinary advice. For aggression, fear, or distress, consult a qualified professional.
Optional requests use cloud and AI processing only after the in-app disclosure and your consent. AI output is for fun and general guidance, can be inaccurate, and the pet character voice is an imaginative interpretation, not a literal translation or your pet's real voice. Don't rely on it for safety-critical, medical, or behavioral decisions. See the Privacy Policy for the exact data, named processors, and retention.
Barkly Premium is offered through auto-renewing plans and includes a fair-use allowance of up to 20 successfully delivered AI portraits per calendar month. Your App Store purchase sheet shows the current localized price, billing period, and any trial eligibility before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. A plan auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused trial time may be forfeited when a purchase begins.
Barkly Portrait Pack (5) is a one-time consumable purchase that delivers five AI portrait credits at the localized price shown by Apple. Barkly waits for a durable server grant before finishing the transaction; interrupted delivery retries automatically, and a failed portrait render is refunded to the credit wallet.
