Does Barkly really know what my pet is saying?
Barkly gives an honest best guess of your pet's mood from the sound, with a confidence score and the acoustic reasons behind it — not literal "words." It learns your specific pet the more you confirm its reads.

Is my pet's audio private?
Yes — the core mood read analyzes your pet's sound on your device. Barkly does not upload or save it as a recording; temporary samples exist only in memory for the current listen-and-analyse flow. Optional Assistant, Talk, body-language Scan and AI Portrait requests use the cloud only after the in-app disclosure and your consent. The Privacy Policy names each processor and explains the exact request data and retention.

Apple confirmed a portrait pack but credits are still delivering
Do not purchase again. Keep Barkly open or reopen it when online; the unfinished Apple transaction retries the same idempotent delivery automatically. Email support if it still has not arrived.

How do I cancel?
iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Barkly → Cancel. In a free trial, cancel at least 24h before it ends to avoid being charged.
